We prepare pre- rundown for ceremony and reception latest 1 month before the wedding day which include the arrival time of each vendor, contact person and their phone number in case we need it on the wedding day, setup time for each vendors, menu and beverages detail, order of the processional, music choices, seating arrangement and prepare for plan B.
We coordinate final walk through with the vendors at the wedding venue to finalise all arrangement mention on the pre- rundown approximately three week to one month prior to the wedding day. Then update the timelines and review them with the wedding couple to confirm the final rundown. As soon as the couple confirm, then we will share to everyone one who will work and in- charge on the wedding day. The sooner wedding couple have the timeline, the easier vendors can plan for the wedding day. There might also few things have missing or change or need to update closer to the date and we will adjust the rundown and keep it update to all vendors.
On the actual day our Wedding Team will be there from the very early start right to the last minute at the end. Our team will control with setting up, decorations, table plans, etc. We will co-ordinate with your suppliers throughout the whole day and will make sure everything will run so smoothly, you won’t have to worry about a thing apart from enjoying your wonderful day!!

Fee’s for this service start at USD 1,500. The fee will charge depend on the locations, vendors you choose, season and total guests. Every wedding will have 1 Project Manager and Wedding Coordinators which is in- charge for a maximum of 12 hours with Handy Talk radio. Number of Wedding Coordinator is depend on number of your guest’s size. Additional crew is at USD 100 per crew. Minimum number of crews is 4.
